can't buy premium

I made a new account and I wanted to buy pemium. I filed out everything and after i clicked the buy button it showed me that I already have premium or free trial but I can upgrade it to premium. I clicked to upgrade but it didn't work, it directed me back to the page where I can buy premium. I kept trying and it still shows that my account is a free account. please help

Do you have any trouble signing up for Premium here using an incognito window? What about using a different device?

Give it a try and keep us posted.

I have the same problem, i tried with differents windows / devices, it can't subscribe...
