can't connect to hulu

ive had premium for years now, and am just trying to connect to hulu.  half hour later , im still getting no clear way of doing it.  Some comments have said to go to "my services" part of my account page, but i don't see any such "my services link"  after looking many many times.  I've tried to go through Hulu, and they say "problem with verifying" and send me back to Spotify.    is this deal still available? anyone out ther that can actually help me do this simple task?   truly incredible that this is a problem with no clear anser.

Just to confirm, are you on the individual Spotify Premium plan? If so, the offer that ran for Hulu + Premium was a limited promotion and ended on May 14th.
