What happens when you try to log in? Do you receive any error messages? In case you do, could you send us a screenshot of it? We'll investigate this further. It'd also be helpful if you tell us the exact make and model of the affected device and its operating system.

In the meantime, if possible, try with another account. If a friend or a family member has a Spotify account, would you mind asking them to log in on your device to see if they'll be able to do it so?
