can't unsubscribe from premium

Please help.I've been trying to unsubscribe from premium since i am barely using the app.When i check my account on spotify web it says that im on free subscription but on the app itself it says im on premium.Cant find option on the app  to unaubscribe.I am being charged monthly for something i am not using.Please help.Thank you in advance

Let's try following these steps to make sure you don't have multiple accounts that could be causing this issue.

You should be able to cancel the subscription once you log into the correct account.
