can't update my credit card number

My Question or Issue 

I'm in the USA and trying to change my credit card billing number for Premium service. I have followed directions and gone to my subscription page but cannot find any place where I can click on "payment." I can only find option to change my plan to some other version of Premium. Under "My plan" it tells me what the plan is and when it renews but no option to change the number of the credit card the payment is charged to. Thanks so much for your help.
