Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

i used the bank website and put the 3d secure on and nonting on the list help, also the card number doesnt et me put spaces for my 4 number at the begining for some reason.

dont have the other way of payment since i dont have a a paypal, the other one is using a code from a shop, and i dont have time to go to a shop since i work during the ninght and i need sleep during the day

Well, maybe you can try to scan your credit card from the mobile version of the subscription page. Open it from your phone. That way, you won't have to enter the details one by one and that can avoid other issues.

 

Also, did you use that credit card to start another free trial? If so, nite that you are only able to use one free trial per account.

I alredy tried that this evening :c dont know what to do, it doesnt reconize my credit card as a master card

Is your payment method issued in the same country that’s registered to your Spotify account? 

The country of your payment method must match the one in your Spotify profile, so we can verify your location. Check out how to change the country on your account.

 

Also, I recommend trying it in an incognito window, that might help.

Already did the country thing it show this:

Well, then I'd suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company.
Their phone number is usually provided on the back of the card you’re trying to use. They should be able to give you a bit of info on what's happening here.
