cancel premium subscription

My account was linked to a facebook account, which I cant accede anymore, and I cant recovery it anymore (the facebook acount), so I´m making the payment (spotify premium subscription)  and I cant recive the service anymore, since I can not accede to it.

There is no way to recovery the facebook account, because the mail that I used for facebook its expired for ever.

How can unsubscribe that premium account, I dont want to pay for something that I can use anymore.

I haved lost money with this issue.
