(Iphone x + Windows computer)

(iOS 13, Windows 10)

 

My Question or Issue

ended my premium plan and joined my family's plan. 
on the subscription site it says Premium family. but on both computer and phone i have free subscription

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing that kind of issue.

I know it sounds simple, but could you double-check if you're referring yourself to the same account on your account page and on the app on desktop and phone? Check the username on the phone, desktop, and account page and check if they match...
