cancelling account without password or username

i need to cancel my premium but i don't know the email password or username and ive logged out of oran's its been charging me since december

Hi, @user-removed! That's not good - let's try to troubleshoot so we can figure this out.

Firstly, do you have access to the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox? If so, your username will be on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, try signing in with your Facebook login details.

If you're still unable to login or find your username, please reply back and we can troubleshoot further. 🙂
