cancelling three month subscription early via itunes

i have a 3 month subscription that i want to cancel early. on my pc it's the basic free one, but on my ipad/iphone it's premium. i have been trying for over an hour to try and cancel it but can't seem to find a way. it's a bit concerning that spotify make it so difficult to cancel a subscription and there are other things i wanted to do before i left for work this morning.

can someone please advise how i can do something that ought to be straightforward?

Hi @Superwolf, thanks for writing!

I suggest you use your PC to cancel the Premium account. As it looks like you have two accounts, this link will help you figuring out which one is Premium.

Then just follow the steps bellow to cancel:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL. Your account page now shows the date you’ll return to the Free service. 

You can also cancel by completing this form and sending it to Spotify.
