cant buy premium

I try to buy Spotify premium, it comes up with a message that says my card provider is having a bad day. I've tried this multiple times and the same error has popped up. And then when I try to buy it, spotify reserve money, but nothing change in my spotify profile.Please someone help me, or send me an alternate link I can buy it off of. I have naver used premium before.

If you are recieving 'card provider is having a bad day message' you should kindly contact your bank and enquire as to why your card is not working with Spotify.
