cant cancel my subscription

My Question or Issue

 im on a premium plan but when i go to the website to cancel my subscription it says im not on a premium plan and offers me the 30 day free trial. please help i have been trying all week to cancel and i got charged yesterday 😞

Could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, could you try doing this using another device?
