When I put content to download, it appears that the number of devices where it can be downloaded has already been reached, although I have already deleted everything from my other devices

Please, try to log out of all of your devices following the following instructions:

Note: This doesn't include partner devices (e.g. speakers, games consoles, and TVs), so for those go to your apps page and choose REMOVE ACCESS.

 

After that, try to download the content on your device again and let me know how it goes.
