cant use my family account

cant use my family account

i cannot use my premium family account. for the first month it was okay, but it automatically logged me out from premium into free. i;ve paid for whole year, and i have real family connection. what to do?

Welcome to the community.

 

We don't currently offer a Premium for Family year service. It currently works as a monthly based subscription. As part of our Terms & Conditions for the Premium for Family, all members must reside at the same physical address.
