change account but keep play lists

I have my account through rogers.   I want to change to a family premium account.  It looks like I have to cancel my current subscription and register for the new account:
1) is this true?

2) but I dont want to lose my playlists from my premium account

3) does this go through rogers (for $14.99) or is it done through spotify?

Hello @cathwarren and welcome! 

You just cancel your current subscription and choose a family plan. You don't have to create a new account, so everything will remain the same as it is now. 

I don't understand the third question, could you please be more specific, so I can help you? 🙂
