changed country and now I cant pay the premium

changed country and now I cant pay the premium

I already switch country in my profile and waited for my last subscription to end to add my new card of the country im in when i try to pay for premium im m still getting the offer of the last country i was in and when i try to pay with the card of the country im in i get a "card must be of the country you have on your profile" or something like that 

 

english isn't my first language I hope someone can understand me and help 

(And if someone knows how to speak directly with Spotify that would be great)
