Hi I just got a premium subscription the other day. Not only did I get charged twice on that day but I also got charged a third time today. I've been reading on the forum and this is just unacceptable. Not only is this very common but you dont refund. You can not choose to apply that payment to the oncoming months. I decide if I want to keep my premium account not you. this is stealing money.

Sorry to hear that you are having payment issues.

 

In order for me to help you a little better could you confirm the following:

 

When you check your bank statment how many charges do you see, and what are the dates of each one.

 

Also have you recieved any email payment reciepts from Spotify (you may need to check you junk folder for this).
