My Question or Issue

hi, I cancelled my premiun account and realised I was being charged in two different credit cards, when I cancelled one of the monthly charges stop but no the other. one credit card is from colombia and the other from panama,  I´ve follow all the things sugested by the answed questions like looking for other accounts and i just have one. I dont know what to do, please help me, thanks.

Were those payments made on the same date? Also, has this happened to you before, or is it the first time? I'd also suggest reading this Support article for me info.
