Signed up for a premium $9.99 plan with a subsription date of the 14th each month. Switched over to the family plan on the 29th with 4 accounts, however one of the accounts we had to change the email address because the user could not remember their email address or password. Now I am gtting 2 charges on my credit card, one on the 14th of $9.99 and one on the 29th for $14.99.
Recently of the account user recalled that the email address was spelled incorrectly so we sent a password rest request to the account but can still not find the spotify account for that user and can not cancel that account of $9.99.
How do I stop the double charges if I can not find the old account?
