charged for premium before trial period ends

charged for premium before trial period ends

I am in the USA and signed up for a free trial premium account that shows as active to 3/28/19 in my account page.  However I was charged $10.99 on 2/28/19 which should not have happened.   How do I get this refunded?  I do plan to move to paying for premium but I do not want to pay while I have the free trial.
