I was following a link in my email to upgrade to premium and my card was charged, but subscription still says free not premium?

Did you receive an email payment confirmation for the charge? If not, it is possible you didn't finish the sign-up process which means the charges to your account should be canceled within a few days.

If you check in a couple days and the charges are still there, let me know and I can help you get sorted out 🙂
