Looking at your screenshot, I can see that the charge is showing as Pending! This means that the payment hasn't gone through yet; you should be returned this charge within 48 business hours! This may show as the charge disappearing, or show as striked out on the app/website.

If you don't see this, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest!
