quisiera saber como eliminar mi tarjeta de debito definitivamente ya que cuando cánselo la suscripción me queda la opción renovar y si cliquean allí se puede activar el cobro

You can delete your Spotify account following the steps here. In 30 days after the account is deleted, all your personal information, including the card details will be wiped from the system. Before that time they're achieved in case you would want to restore your account.
