In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that your credit card is not expired and it's open for foreign, recurring and online payments. Additionally, the payment method you're using needs to have enough funds to cover the subscription price. You may need to double-check this with your bank. 

 

In the meantime, we'd recommend that you try using a completely different payment method. You can find out more info on how you can pay for Spotify in this article.
