credit card update to details not possible

Hey Spotify,

for 3 days in a row I treid to update my credit card information. Following your instructions does not work because on iPhone or Mac I always get the "idle" clock once I select credot card update!!!! Pay Pal might work, but I want to continue to pay monthly premium by credit card! This is so frustrating and ridiculous, spent at least 3 hrs in all different ways to complete such a simple transaction. Does Spotify not accept Master Card or Credit Cards any more?

We'd recommend going here using an incognito window, and head to Subscription > Update. Also, the best option is to check if your card meets the requirements at https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/.
