Cuando intente acceder a spotify con mi cuenta me pedía que cambie la ubicación desde spotify.com , cuando lo hice y accedí la cuenta ya no teni premium el cual pague por 3 meses

Just to confirm, were you part of a Duo/Family plan or are you the owner of the plan? It'll help us a lot if you send us this info. For what you kindly mentioned, it seems you received a message to reverify the address of the plan.


We'd like to add some insights. We sometimes send emails to Family plan members to reverify the address. If you missed it or the reverification wasn't successful, no worries, you can ask the manager to invite you again, and make sure to enter the correct address when you join.

 

Nevertheless, if you can't join the plan again if you're a member, the best way to go would be to get in touch with our Customer support team, so they can check your account more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.
