I have been double charged monthly for quite some time now. I tried to find a contact number and failed to the point where I eventually gave up and forgot to follow up due to other responsibilities. I found this community and I feel that it is unfortunate that I have to jump through hoops and loops to get an issue such as this (unauthorized additional charges) to be reviewed and stopped. I really need this issue to be resolved I enjoy Spotify that’s why I haven’t cancelled as I have hope to get reimbursed for the charges I did not approve. TBH I really don’t want to be forced to file a consumer complaint. This is unacceptable, I have reviewed the terms and conditions and there is no indication of double monthly premium charges on my account. .I have proof of the charges and I am more than willin to forward them to whom this concerns .
