duo plan once a year

My Question or Issue

recently i was dropped from a family plan, and i cannot join another one for a year because of the once a year thing. if i try to join a duo plan will it work? or will it show that i cannot join it because i have to wait 12 months?

Hey @daechwikai, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since you've left a Premium Family plan, you also won't be able to join a Premium Duo plan as you can switch plans once in a 12 month period (so yes this applies when you're trying to switch from Premium Family to Premium Duo).

You can always start your own Premium Family or Duo plan though.
