family package problems

I have just got the family packeage. Mine works fine but when i invite my wife and daugnter nothing happens afyer they accept the invite from me. Theu log in and its just the free Spotify with adverts.

Have your Family members tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of their browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, they should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
