family subscription, but i am still being charged?

Hi, i haven't used spotify for a long time, but started again when we got a family subscription. It is my dad who has it, but somehow i started being charged 100kr a month (9.99$) (?). I have very little money, and this is affecting my economy, i think it has happened twice now, and when i look at my account it says i am connected to the family one, so it makes no sense to me. 

I don't know how to contact spotify directly which is what i would prefer to do, but i can't figure out how...

please help

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
