so i decided i didn't need my premium account and cancelled it a few minutes ago, only to find out i had already paid for this month. does this mean i just paid 9,99 for four days of premium? because my account has already changed into the regular account with ads.

on my account it already says i have a Spotify free account...
Hmm, that's very odd then. Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account? Check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
In any case, I've escalated this backstage, someone should reply here soon 🙂

i just checked and the only account i own on spotify is connected to my facebook and it still says i have a Spotify Free account.

In this case, you should get in touch with Spotify via email, Facebook or Twitter so they can check things out backstage. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours. Keep in mind if you receive an automated email response directing you back to the help pages, to reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
