free account but spotify takes me money

My Question or Issue

 spotify takes me money while I have a free account. I have already read the articles about this and I have no other accounts. I want to be refunded because I have ads to listen to music and I do not have a premium subscription

Hi @user-removed, thanks for writing.

 

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane. Please double check if you're logging in with the correct credentials.

 

Also, when you go to your account overview, does it show as Premium or Free?

So just to make it clear - you have never purchased a Premium subscription but nonetheless you're being charged? Was it only once or multiple times?

I only have the essay in January but 15days later I followed the steps and since I have a free account with ads. It's the first time I pay.

And can you visualize this payment in your receipts when you click on the link bellow?

Well @user-removed,

 

In this case the payment is not related to this account. It looks like you have more than one Spotify account then.

 

Just to make sure, please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
