Hey, @flor1996
Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Just to get it clearer, you were on the normal Premium plan and then subscribed to the Premium for Family and were charged for both?

Just let me know about it, so we can go on about this thread...

Best Regards,

hezorg

Hi Herzog! Thanks for the response:)

I was with a free 3 months subscription and before it finished I subscrived with Premium for Family. I was charged 10 euros from normal subscription anyway.

Best regards,

Maria

Hey again, @flor1996

But, were you charged for the Premium for Family too? Or was it just a mistake with the plan you've subscribed to yourself?

What I'm asking is if you were double charged for both services...

Hey there @flor1996,

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

It sounds like you were on a Premium Individual subscription and upgraded to Premium Family right after your Individual subscription was renewed once your trial expired.

If that's the case, no worries, your next payment date will just be brought forward to cover the increased subscription cost. We'd recommend taking a look at this Spotify Answer for more info.

To double check your subscription and next billing date, just head on your subscription page.

Hope this helps clarifies things! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a shout.

Have a lovely day 🙂
