i submited today for a premium spotify acount, but i still dont have the premium acount, it just says i'm a free user in the description of the acount and i still got charged in the bank and confirmed payment in the cellphone

Could you try a quick log out/in to see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend checking out these steps in this support article.

i already followed all the steps in this article actually, on my bank acount it says that the bank already sent the charge for premium but the company spotify still did not acept after 2 days

Could you make sure that you don't have additional accounts by checking out the steps in this support article?
