Hi,

Spotify isn't available yet in Philippines so there is no way you can subscribe to Premium at the moment. Here is a list of the countries where Spotify is currently available.

Can you please let me know the exact error message that you're seeing when you try to subscribe to Premium via your mobile carrier?
