I just paid my Student Premium subscription via Globe Prepaid Load (PH Courier) but when i opened my app, there is a notification saying that I need to update my payment to keep my premium subscription. how do i fix this?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Did you get an email when you paid for your subscription? If you did, and it's still saying that - let's try a clean reinstall of the app.
