Thanks for reaching out.
I recommend that you try following the steps listed here for updating your payment method, which will result in your country setting being updated on your next billing date.
When doing so, I recommend that France is selected as the country on the bottom right of the website (where you can select the country) as well as below the list of payment methods on the site where you update your payment method.
Keep in mind that you must also be in France when updating it, otherwise it won't work.

Hi Maxim, thanks for the help but I have tried this and I still have the error message that I'm not eligible for the individual spotify premium (my current one). I put a screenshot of the message attach.

If you're having trouble updating the payment method using these steps, make sure that the payment method was issued in the country you're currently located in.
In case you're trying to update it from this page, please note that you can only do it by selecting a different plan than your current one, and in addition, you need to make sure that you've selected the correct country when you're entering your payment details.
