Hi,
I had cancelled my premium account few days back which came with hulu and was enjoying hulu. When canceling I did not know that you have removed hulu from the premium package. Now, when I re-subscribe, I am not getting hulu. I had actually planned to re-subscribe anyways. Given that I am an existing customer, can you please re-instate hulu for my account?

Since the Premium and Hulu bundle offer expired, there isn't a way to get Hulu added back to your account after you cancel Premium.
I'd recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.
