i am being charged twice a month

I have gotten spotify premium a couple months ago and they continued to charge my card $10.91 TWICE every month. I then cancelled my subscription and had trouble getting the payment off of my card every month. Now i got spotify premium again but with a student discount and they still charge my card TWICE every month with NO discount. I cannot locate a help center or even a phone number to call. someone help me i love spotifiy but i refuse to pay $20 every month.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
