yesterday i pay twice for a subscription and i didn't receive anything and i didn't got my premium

We suggest that you check if the payment for the Premium subscription has gone through successfully by heading over to your Account page. Also, you can check your email for a confirmation from us, which should be automatically sent when subscribing for Spotify Premium.


If you can see your payment there, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in.
