i canceled free plan the day i got it, they still took $10 out of my bank?

i canceled free plan the day i got it, they still took $10 out of my bank?

i did the 30 day free plan and about a hour later i canceled it due to it didn't do what i wanted it to do for my mp3 player so i canceled it because there was no use for it. i did that a few days ago and this morning at 2:20 something i looked in my bank account and it says $9.99 was taken out my account from (spotify new york NYUS ). i would love for this to be fixed
