i paid for premium but my account says i'm still using free subscription

Good day! I would like to ask why my subscription page still says that I'm still using the free subscription despite receiving the payment receipt and the transaction confirmation in my email. Thanks!

Hey @FateAltria,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
