Can you please double check if you've redeemed the gift card on this account? Go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page. Under Your Plan and you should see Premium Individual. Check out the receipts page as well and click on View Details on your last receipt to see if your payment method is gift card.

If that's not what you're seeing there you might be logged into another account. Check this page out in order to find if you have multiple Spotify accounts.
