[iOS][Subscription] on safari my account says family plan but on the app it says premium trial

My boyfriend is trying to add my account onto his family plan and on safari, it says it worked but on my app, it still says premium trial. I just wanted to make sure that I am actually on his family plan.

Hey @ajc99,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
