iPad isn't playing my premium subscription

iPad isn't playing my premium subscription

I have premium but when I log in on my iPad it lists my subscription as free. I looked into settings. Tried logging out and then back in. No luck. How do I sync my devices so that it recognizes my subscription?

Hey @Italia

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

It didn't work. It still lists my subscription as free and asks me if I
want to upgrade to premium. I don't want to have to pay for a second
subscription.
