I am a member of Premium Family since the beginning of this year. I had agreed to pay about 15 TL per month. Spotify increased the payment to 20 TL without my approval. I think they had to ask first then raise,

Spotify has kept the same price since their launch in your region, and now they had to increase it in order to guarantee the best service for music fans.

They've done a market study and based on the macroeconomic factors, they decided this is the current value.
