is Spotify secure?

i want to sign up for spotify premium sinc it just come to Viet Nam but am a little bit afraid about credit card security stuff especially last time deezer charge me a lot of money ( like an amount for a 3 months but i only choose pay for 1 month ). So could anyone tell me whether Spotify have a secure credit card server protection such as Norton Secure?
