issue with premium account

Hi, i created my spotify account 2 days ago using an email address and password ( i didnt use my facebook account). I bought the premium subscription ( 0.99 for 3 months). payment has gone through (according to credit card) but i have 3 issues:

 

1)when i try to login in the app with my username, my username is not recognised. When i se my email address i am able to sign in

2) when I login in the app still says free account instead of premium

3) when i login to the below link it says that i have premium account and it has on the top right corner my proper usename ( the one that used to sign up) (https://support.spotify.com/uk/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/) but if i access the below link the username changes to a very long number and the usename is not my proper username but this long number (https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/)

4) i bought the premium subscription on the 10th of June but under the account overview it says that i need to pay again on the 14th of june!

5)under receipt, it says no receipt available

 

please advice!

You have tried a lot of solutions, just one more:

  • Have you check your username from the spotify receipt (the one sent to your email)?, maybe you could have 2 different accounts, because usually the usernames with 10 numbers are from Facebook's accounts.

If you totally rule out it, I recommend you get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
