issues with changing country and joining a family plan

Hi All,

 

I've just moved from Australia to the US to be with my spouse. We want to go on a family plan cant because I have an Australian account. I've changed over my payment to a US card however its saying the formal switchover won't occur until the end of the billing period. However since I'm moving to a family plan anyway I'd like to avoid getting charged once for my subscribe and then half the family plan cost for the same month as well. Any way I can switch my account's country over before the end of the cycle?

Hey @aussie130,

 

Unfortunately not, there's no way to change this setting before the end of your current subscription.
