J'ai été prélevé d'un abonnement premium personnel Alors que j'ai toujours eu l'abonnement étudiant. je souhaite être remboursée

Welcome to the community and thank you for bringing this up with us.

 

It sounds like your student discount time expired. We usually send out an email when a discount is expiring one month before it does. We recommend checking your inbox and Spam folders to see if you've received it. 

 

You can take a look here to see how to renew it and activate the Student plan again if you've had the discount in less than 4 years.

 

You can take a look at this page to see what you can do to get a refund.
